This two mallet composition for a 4.3 octave marimba revolves around the feelings I have had during the first years of my son’s life. Lil’ Man is a great two mallet show piece, and includes several tempo and style shifts. Technical and lyrical demands are mixed, but would be appropriate for an intermediate to advanced musician.
